Guestlist Policy

You agree that we HotShotVegas.com is not responsible for your entrance to any nightclub. We offer a free service to get you put on the guestlist. In the event that your name is not submitted, we assume no responsibility to any fees you acquire to enter the venue. You agree that you are responsible for your own actions at the venue and will not hold us responsible. It is the venues discretion to allow your entrance, if they do not you may not hold HotShotVegas.com responsible by any claims. This is a complimentary service and we reserve the right to change our policy at any time, even after you have submitted your name to the guestlist. We will provide you with specific times to check in to the venue by, if you are late your responsible. If Venues don’t allow you in for any reason, and we are not responsible.

Cancellation/refund policy

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, cancel or terminate any reservation with us or our resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation to the event that your party is late for a reservation, out of dress code, in excess of people to the quoted price, appear intoxicated, behaving aggressively, or in a manner deemed at fault by www.hotshotvegas.com or resources you will forfeit your reservation into the selected venue(s) and your deposit. Cancellations of packages by purchaser must be made within seven (7) days prior to reservation time for a complete refund of deposit. Reservations consisting of a convenience fee have an absolute zero refund policy, in the event without limitation to your party being late to a reservation, out of dress code, in excess of people on reservation, appear intoxicated, behaving aggressively, or in a manner deemed at fault by www.hotshotvegas.com or resources you will forfeit your reservation into the selected venue(s) as well as convenience fee.
